Interview: PrairieCast

July 22, 2010

PrairieCast_iconIt was a honor last week to have been interviewed by Geoff Wood and Andy Brudtkuhl of PrairieCast.com, the “podcast for Midwest entrepreneurs.” We had a great chat that touched upon how I left the corporate world, who inspires me, and what I’m currently working on. Also, for the first time I mention the new web application I’m launching with a couple friends, so tune in for that. :)

Thank you, Geoff and Andy, for a wonderful interview! I come in around the 10:30 minute mark. Click here to check it out.

Thanks, also, to Silicon Prairie News for the write-up about the interview!

Pleasure “meeting” you too, Andy. In person next time, eh?

      • http://GetANewBrowser.com abrudtkuhl

        Yes, of course!

Wow what a cool interview and great insight. Annie – I've been curious as to how you are able to read so much and still get everything else done. Type A's and our legal sized lists rock!!! :)

      Legal all the way!

Great interview, Annie. I've been following you for awhile, but I learned new stuff about you during the interview. One of the things you didn't mention is that you were part of the team that recently won the Ohio State Barbeque Championship. Wear that crown proudly!

I'm looking forward to the new web app. Good luck with the launch.

Thank you so much, Lou. And you're right – I *should* have mentioned the BBQ championship as part of my “resume” – I don't know what I was thinking! :)

Curious, what details did you learn during the interview that you hadn't known before?

      • http://LouMindar.me Lou Mindar

I knew some of the things you are involved in now, but I wasn't very familar with your background. It was good to hear about what you did in the past before you became the cool kid you are today. I was also surprised to hear about the new web app you are working on. You are a woman of many talents.

Thank you so much, Scott. I appreciate you!
