Moving Your Biz Forward Using the Nooks & Crannies

by ANNIE on November 27, 2009

Today, the day after Thanksgiving, I tweeted this mid-morning:

Then, several hours later, as I was driving down the road, it occurred to me that I completely disagreed with what I just tweeted! Here’s why:

(Yes, TERRIBLE quality and the wrong rotation, my apologies. I’m working on it!)

What do you say? Do you agree? How much of an impact would it make on YOUR business if you took better advantage of the crannies of your day? A little? A lot?

  • You've just created content by tweeting your act on non creation...

I see a Masters philosophy thesis forming...
  • Hmm... :) Thanks for stopping by, Christian!
  • Hi Annie, I agree even though some family members would probably frown on even having a cellphone around during family time. However, when you go back through some of those tweets and twitters and videos, it brings back great memories. You've documented a great moment in your life which I think is sooooo important nowadays.

Well, first, you are just adorable! You look like you're behind the wheel of a rocket!

Second, yeah, I think that some of our best content comes out of the natural ebb and flow of life and, as such, doesn't necessarily have to take a lot of time to create. Squeak it out when the moment occurs, when you have that spark or have that aha moment, or in your case during flight lessons. You got guts, girl!
  • LOL if by rocket you mean my mother's Lincoln, then yes! Definitely! :) Oh well, at least I now know what direction I must hold my Droid to take properly aligned video. Ha.

I agree, I think it's sad that some have a brilliant idea for content but keep pushing it off thinking they have to "schedule" it in. Often, once they finally get around to it, the spark of the idea is gone and it's lost all of it's power.

Thanks, as always, for your thoughts.
